The Baltimore Chemical Association will hold all events as scheduled regardless of weather. It is the responsibility of the attendee to determine the suitability of play prior to the event. Should the attendee determine that he or she would rather not attend the event for any reason, the attendee may request a refund up to 48 hours prior to the event, in writing, e-mail or fax. After 48 hours prior to the event, the board will, on an individual basis, evaluate written refund requests. In the event that the facilities for an event become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be limited to expenses not incurred. All events are scholarship fundraisers and the cost for these events reflect costs plus donation. Except as stated above, donations are not refundable.
