  • Dear BCA Member:

    Our second outing of the year is Tuesday May 13, 2008 at Hartefeld National in Avondale, PA. The BCA played Hartefeld last year and everyone enjoyed the outing.  

    The Baltimore Chemical Association and the Philadelphia Chemical Club will be co-sponsors for this event. We will have many great prizes and contests for all to enjoy. 

    The day will start with lunch being served between 10:30 – 12:30 PM, which is included in the price of this event. Golf will begin at 12:30 PM with a Shot Gun start. Cocktails & Dinner will be served in the Hartefeld Room following golf. 

    The cost of the outing is $187.00 per person for members and $200.00 for non-members. You can make reservations on the web site at www.baltchem.com , if you wish to join as a member; your dues for one year are $90.00. This can also be done on the web site.

Maryland Chemical , one of the Baltimore Chemical Association's oldest members wins award for top women owned business in Maryland.

Jeanette Partlow, President Maryland Chemical Co., Inc. with Paul Taylor, Executive Director of the Small Business Resource Center, Mayor Sheila Dixon and Carla Nelson, Director of the Mayor’s Office of Minority & Women Owned Business Development.

Scholarship News - 2008

The Baltimore Chemical Association has awarded $11,000 in scholarships for 2008.

The Baltimore Chemical Association hopes the scholarship awards will help the recipients meet their academic goals at school this year.
